Working with schools
"As a Trust we have worked with Lisa and Emma for a couple of years to support our team with understanding their emotions and giving them the skills to deal with the challenges life sometimes throws at us. Their workshops have had great feedback and we are constantly being asked for more sessions. Lisa and Emma give a great deal of support in a sensitive and empathic way. Their work within the Trust has helped us to break down the stigma associated with mental health."
Sophie Murfin, CEO and Executive Principal of Wise Owl Trust
For the last three years I have taught in further and higher education and so I understand the specific challenges of working in education. Over the last five years I have provided 1-to 1 therapy to staff and pupils. With my colleague Lisa Woolfenden we have designed and delivered workshops to staff in a number of primary schools in Manchester.
I have an enhanced DBS certificate.
