Individual Therapy

I work with individuals who are experiencing loss and bereavement. I also work with those experiencing addictions and compulsive behaviour.

I can help you identify and adapt unhelpful patterns of behaviour and will show you strategies to overcome fears and phobias.

Together we will remove limiting beliefs to improve self-esteem and performance at home and at work. I will share my approaches with you in order that you can use them to cope between and after therapy.

I have extensive experience working with individuals who have experienced trauma and loss. I can work with you to manage and eliminate the ongoing effects of trauma; panic attacks and flashbacks. I use what I have studied from neuroscience to help increase self-awareness and to help you recognise and manage the triggers for anxiety.
